I’ve co-written parts of Vitaviva’s Fertility Guide, which brings together evidence-based perspectives, practical strategies, and real-life case studies from experts across different health disciplines. The guide explores how modern lifestyle factors - including stress, sleep, nutrition, environmental exposures, metabolic health, and daily habits - can influence fertility in both men and women.
Rather than viewing fertility only through a hormonal lens, the guide looks at the body as an interconnected system where energy production, inflammation, nutrient status, blood sugar regulation, circadian rhythm, and overall biological resilience all play a role. It includes clinically grounded insights and practical tools designed to support reproductive health, sperm quality, hormonal balance, cycle regularity, and overall wellbeing before and during the fertility journey.
